Protect your account
Axe verifies your email before opening your workspace. You can enable two step verification with an authenticator app in account settings for extra protection. Sensitive account actions require recent verification. You can review your sessions and revoke access from your account settings.
Keep your work private
Access controls protect your Tasks, documents, and Agent work. Organisation owners manage membership and billing without gaining access to another member's private content. File downloads require authorised access and use expiring links.
Secure processing
Connections to Axe use HTTPS encryption. Access controls govern the information and actions available to each task. Computer work takes place in isolated workspaces, with permissions that govern tool use and network access. Automated security checks are part of our development and release process.
Your data and your choices
We do not use customer content to train models. Our privacy policy explains private internal evaluation, provider processing, and your choices. Your organisation owner can opt out of evaluation in Evaluation settings.
You can request an export or deletion through Data controls. Support and operational access to customer information are restricted to authorised purposes.
