Questions
How does the trial work?
Eligible new accounts get 5,000 credits for 14 days with a card on file, including the Assistant, the editor and Agents. Your plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Running out of trial credits pauses new work, and billing never starts early unless you choose to start your plan. Team members share one trial allowance.
What uses credits?
Research and editing use credits. You can check your available balance in Billing. Viewing and downloading completed work never uses credits.
What happens when I use my allowance?
Owners can top up 1,500 credits for $50 on any plan, or move to a larger plan. Top ups require your approval. Your plan renews monthly unless canceled. When your credits run out, new work pauses until you add credits or your allowance renews.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset on your billing date. Top ups never expire and are used after your plan allowance. Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next charge, and your completed work stays available.
How many reports does a plan cover?
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. The number of reports depends on the work you request. Your available balance is always in Billing.
How am I billed?
Monthly, in US dollars, with no annual commitment. Taxes are added where they apply. Every card payment comes with a receipt, and Enterprise agreements can be invoiced.
Can my team share work?
Team plans share credits, billing and member management. Each member's workflows and results stay private to them, including from owners.
Is my content used to train models?
No. Customer content is never used to train models, on any plan.
