The database keeps revising quarters you have already published: inventory, absorption and asking rent for past quarters change between editions. The export's Q2 figures no longer match the Q2 report. Compare against the old figures and the changes are wrong; compare against the new ones without a footnote and this report contradicts the last

The request

Please put together our Q3 2026 Dallas-Fort Worth industrial report and its statistics workbook. Everything is attached. I need vacancy, net absorption, deliveries, under construction and average asking rent on our definitions, for the market and each submarket, against Q2 and Q3 2025. Where the export restates Q2 or earlier quarters, trace it to the buildings, reconcile it to what we published and footnote every change. Pull the quarter's largest leases, sales and deliveries from the export, update the economy section from the latest BLS release for the metro, and keep the commentary in Q2's sections. Every number in the text has to match the data. Flag anything that doesn't; don't drop it.

Set this quarter's export beside last quarter's export and the figures we published, for Q2 and every earlier quarter. For every statistic that moved, find the buildings behind the difference and name the cause: a building added to or removed from inventory, a change of submarket or building type, corrected square footage, a move in or move out recorded after we published, a delivery dated to a different quarter, a demolition or a conversion. Quantify each cause so the bridge from the published figure to the restated one adds up exactly. Restate the prior quarters the way I confirmed at the definitions check. Write a footnote for each restatement: the statistic, the quarter, the published figure, the restated figure and the reason. If part of a difference cannot be traced to buildings, leave it open and flag it; never fold it into another cause. Add a Restatements tab to the workbook with the bridge, building by building.
