This page summarises how your work is handled in the product. The security overview and privacy policy are the governing documents.

Your work stays private

Your Tasks, Agents, sources and results are private to you. Organisation owners manage membership and billing but cannot see members' work.

No model training

Customer content is never used to train models.

Private evaluation

Where your agreement and the privacy notice permit it, Axe may privately evaluate eligible work to check and improve the quality of its answers. Organisation owners can turn this off in Account, under Private evaluation, and a stricter agreement always takes precedence.

Export and deletion

In Account, under Data and privacy, you can export your private work as a .zip, or delete it. Deletion permanently removes your messages, documents, files, Agents and browser profiles in that organisation, and a receipt tracks it to completion. Your account and billing history remain. Backup and provider copies may remain after cleanup, and your receipt lists them.
